Riding Camps

Carriage Hill Farm's Riding Camps are designed for children to learn how to ride and care for horses with lots of activities and lots of fun! In addition to Daily Riding Lessons, Campers will learn: Horse Anatomy, Breeds, Conformation, Markings, and of course, make new friends with both horses and people!

Daily Life at Camp:

•Care, Safety and good "Horse Sense"
•Grooming, Bathing, Coat Care
•Hoof Care, Shoeing (Farrier Demonstration)
•Learning about Tack: 
    Saddles & Bridles; Care and Use
•Understanding Horse Behavior and Body Language
•Leading, Walking, and Handling Your Horse
•Photos with Your Horse, 
•Crafts and Games
•Tons of FUN with New Friends

We provide "ASTM" approved safety helmets, grooming supplies, art supplies, and of course, the horse!

June 24-28
Session 3:
August 5-9
$300 a week 8:30am - 12:30pm

For our horse owners: we provide a camp experience On the road, come travel with us as we head to Tryon NC late June/July And Traverse City July/Aug Tampa in Sept for Regionals, and Capital Challenge in Oct, then on to indoors

Interscholastic Equestrian Association Team

Carriage hill offers two Interscholastic Equestrian Teams for both Jr and High School Students. These Teams provide a platform for students of all levels to have an opportunity to compete regardless of horse ownership!

FAU Equestrian

Carriage Hill Farms is the proud home of Florida Atlantic University's IHSA Collegiate Team! The FAU-EQ team proudly competes at horse shows sanctioned by the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA). IHSA has a nationwide membership of 315 colleges and universities.
